Группа Dusk Информация о группе Some of the heaviest, darkest, purest death/doom ever recorded. Dusk utilized one of the heaviest, most rumbling and powerful guitar sounds ever heard along with harsh, deep growled/screamed vocals. The band released a self-titled album 'Dusk' which had more of a death metal influence, but the follow up album, 'Majestic Thou In Ruin' was one of the greatest doom-metal releases ever. Much like their predecessors Thergothon, Dusk quickly broke up. (c) doom-metal-com Cult Doom Death outfit out of Wisconsin. Drummer Ron Heemstra is an erstwhile member of NOTHIN’ SACRED and BLEED. In 1995 DUSK would lose their vocalist Steve Crane to a church group, the ex Metal musician devoting himself to a missionary in Kenya. DUSK replaced Crane with Chad Denslow. Lost Disciple Records would re-issue the ‘Majestic Thou In Ruin’ and ‘Dusk’ material complete with a track from the ‘Visionaries Of The Macabre’ compilation album 'Yearning For Eternity' with Chad Denslow on vocals. Tim Beyer subsequently joined PROFANE.
